How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Express options may arrive within 1–2 working days.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

Will my order be discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.

Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are provided after dispatch where applicable.

Are your condoms CE marked?
Yes. All products comply with applicable EU/UK medical device regulations.

What are the condoms made from?
They are made from natural rubber latex and are electronically tested for reliability.

Are your products safe to use?
All products are manufactured following recognised quality standards. Always read the packaging before use.

What sizes are available?
Most condoms have a nominal width of 54mm. Please check individual product pages for full specifications.

Can I return my order?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my item is faulty?
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Is checkout secure?
